At what time can I check in and check out?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm and check-out must be done before 12:00 pm.
Where can I park?
Our hotel also offers the possibility to easily and safely park your car, thanks to our 40 covered parking spaces inside. We also have a parking lot just a few steps away from the hotel. To access it, you just need to walk along the hotel's facade. The hotel's private underground parking costs 20 € for 24 hours. No available space in our garage?
A few hundred meters away, the town of Spa offers several free parking spaces, as well as a covered parking lot (100 m from the Hotel Van der Valk Spa Palace), with a rate of 20 € for 24 hours on weekdays and 25 € for 24 hours on weekends and public holidays.
At what times is the breakfast buffet open?
The breakfast buffet is served between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
